Expert Witness and Commercial Mediator:
I am registered as an expert with the U.K. Register of Experts
Witnesses, accredited Law Society Expert Witness and Society of
Expert Witnesses. I am a Practising Member British Academy of Experts
and Founding Member of the Expert Witness Institute (EWI). I am
registered as a Commercial Mediator with the Academy of Experts.
I also carry out investigations for Insurance Companies and Loss
Adjustors.
Since 1984 I have been instructed as an expert witness and given
oral evidence in Civil and Criminal Courts.
I have acted as the technical author on various works, including
the Institute of Plumbing's Engineering Design Manual, the Chartered
Institute of Building Services Engineering Design Manual "G"
together with the RIBA Specification Handbook.
The Expert Witness duties are carried out to B.S.EN. ISO 9001: 2000
"Quality Management" and BS.EN.ISO 14001: 1996 "Environmental
Management" systems to ensure compliance with C.P.R. Part 35
to the Appointor's instructions.
